Project Description

This is a story about eternal human desire for creation and truth. It often forces us to build walls, to face illusions and ultimately overcome ourselves. Numerous worlds interchange in the fulldome projection mapping as in kaleidoscope. in the fulldome projection mapping: the starry sky and a fire in nature, skyscrapers and the Tower of Babel, the cultural heritage of different eras and the conquest of space. The viewer experiences a condition of flight outside of gravity and he is immersed in contemplation of the universe infinity…

About the Director

Ivan Gorokhov is a multimedia artist and founder of Meshsplash studio. Director and artist of the Nebula, Moon, Samosura video-mappings. Participant of projects in Dubai, Singapore, Kazakhstan. 2016, 2018 – 1st place in the ArtVision international mapping competition (Moscow, Russia). 2017 – speaker at the Circle of Light festival (Moscow, Russia). 2020, 2022, 2024 – participant of the Intervals festival (Nizhny Novgorod, Russia). 2022 – Nebula's work was shortlisted for the best mappings of 2020 by the Video Mapping festival (Lille, France).
